Vajrayana--aggressively attacks the ego
One way of doing this is through the use of slogans
Slogans are temporary/ specific to you for the purpose of training
They are not affirmations /they are not attempts to improve one oneself etc.
You don't need to tell anybody when you're doing this practice
General pattern
1--Remember the slogan throughout your day
2- Notice each opportunity to bring the slogan to bear on your present life experience
3--Notice your emotions and allow yourself to feel whatever you feel
3--Feel emotions in the body
4- Notice the craving or aversion in the emotions
5- Give this a voice; speak it aloud if you can
